SemsTrend is operated by ARESTA TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we"), the data controller. This policy summarises how we process personal data. Access codes are stored only as irreversible hashes. • Trial requests: your name and email address or phone number (with Google sign-in: your Google account's name and email address), plus the channel and time of the request. • Usage: radar run counts, selected category, plan and timestamps. • Visit statistics, without cookies: page path, referring site, browser language, country, device type, campaign (UTM) parameters and a one-way daily hash derived from your IP address and browser. The IP address and browser string themselves are not stored. • Purchases, once online checkout opens: name or company name, billing address, tax number, email, order and payment records. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers. • Support: emails and WhatsApp messages you send us. WHY WE USE IT To provide the service and keep accounts secure, manage plan limits and fair use, answer trial requests and support messages, measure site traffic, invoice and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent. WHO RECEIVES IT The payment provider and banks (payments), our accountant (tax and accounting), authorities where the law requires, and the providers that host and run the service: Vercel Inc. (USA, web hosting), Google Cloud (database, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany), Microsoft (email) and Meta Platforms (WhatsApp support line and internal notifications). If you use Google sign-in, Google handles the authentication. COOKIES Only essential first-party cookies: st_session (sign-in; 7 days, trial sessions 24 hours), tl_entitlement (your plan entitlement) and tl_device (the device an entitlement was activated on; 1 year). No advertising or analytics cookies. RETENTION We keep personal data as long as the purpose requires and the law obliges us, then delete, destroy or anonymise it. YOUR RIGHTS Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask whether we process your data, get information about it, learn the purpose and the recipients, have it corrected or deleted, object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
