Subscription and Refund Policy

• Customers in Türkiye (TRY): the Turkish delivery, cancellation and refund terms apply (https://www.semstrend.app/legal/iptal-iade). In short: monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — consumers get the unused part refunded within 15 days, businesses keep access until the period ends; yearly plans do not renew automatically. • Businesses outside Türkiye (USD): the Business Terms apply (https://www.semstrend.app/legal/business-terms). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and fees already paid are not refunded except for billing errors or where the law requires. • Payments are taken on the website by a licensed payment service provider. Online checkout is not open yet; until it opens, plans are arranged by email for businesses only.
