SERVICE: SemsTrend provides trend signals for e-commerce product categories. The results are NOT investment or business advice; decisions and their outcomes belong to the user. 3. ACCOUNTS: You need an account or a trial session to use the service. Accounts are personal and may not be shared with third parties. 4. PLANS AND PAYMENT: Paid plans are sold on www.semstrend.app as monthly or yearly subscriptions. Customers in Türkiye buy under the Turkish pre-contract information form and distance sales contract (https://www.semstrend.app/legal/mesafeli-satis); businesses outside Türkiye under the Business Terms (https://www.semstrend.app/legal/business-terms). Enterprise plans are sold by quote and contract. Online checkout is not open yet; until it opens, plans are arranged by email for businesses only. 5. FAIR USE: Daily run limits apply per plan, and plan refresh cadences are maximums for normal use; live refreshes may pause temporarily as described in the sales terms. Access may be suspended if automated abuse is detected. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All rights in the service, the SemsTrend brand and its algorithms are reserved. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The service depends on third-party data sources (search and social platforms). To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for losses caused by interruptions in those sources. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected. 8. GOVERNING LAW: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
